Best Trained Inspectors
At Pillar To Post, we take pride in being the best trained inspectors in the industry. All of our inspectors have completed the stringent State of New York training requirements and are Licensed New York Home Inspectors. Our firm has a mandatory requirement of completing 20 hours of annual continuing education training and all inspectors are required to attend weekly meetings to learn and discuss the latest building technology.
Best Educated Clients
The education process starts with the client attending the inspection. You will walk with the inspector through the entire house to learn all about the home. This process is not only to identify defects it is also to educate you on the operation of the components of the home.
The inspection concludes with a narrative report, summary of the major defects and plenty of photographs to document the condition of the home. A report is printed and submitted to you at the time of the inspection. An electronic report is also emailed to you, your agent and attorney, as desired.
